I have main residence in France, no income but have expense of interest on mortgage on property, need to declare on tax return to prove home in France is my main residence

I’d love to do acting and perform for a living. I know I’m not going to be a movie star, but lots of people earn a living with small roles on TV and stage acting- but I know this won’t be possible without drama school.

My parents are strongly against this, they say I’ll get into debt and won’t have any way of paying it back. I speak French, but I’m a native English speaker so they think I should do a language degree because I can get a job in so many places with that. They say that after I’ve done my degree and got a mortgage then I can go back and do Drama…..but even though I’ll be about 24- I would be past it and too old to start.

I don’t want to have the new car, three bedroom house complete with mortgage. I’d be happy renting a cheap little apartment, performing and living on instant noodles…but I don’t know if they’re right…

What do you think I should do?

Ok so this guy i just started dating is the same age as I (22), and he’s definately not a virgen, but he doesnt’ have any experience with relationships. So a little insight about him..he works full time, goes to school full time, and is paying for mortgage. Very nice guy, but he is sending me mixed signals. The first date we went to a club, had a good time, and he gave me a good night kiss on the lips (no french kissing), the rest of the week, he just kept texting me, never called just texted. Then yesterday we went on our second date, except it was a double date…he didn’t pay for my movie ticket, was very cold during the movie didn’t say a word to me, later we went to dinner, he didn’t pay for me, went dancing later and he losen up ( he didn’t know how to dance). I dropped him off at home, and he gave me a hug, not a kiss but today he texted me. The guy that was with us last night, told me that he likes me but he’s just very busy and doesn’t know if he has time for a relationship

i got a new puppy a french mastif several months ago well 7 monts ago to be exact and about 3 months ago he started giving off a stinkey smell than his skin started flaking reall bad along with that came gooey stuff in his ears and hair loss,so i brought him to the vet and about $395.00 dollars later they told me he has allergies and if the antibiotics they gave me dont work i would have to bring him to a doggy allergist well i have a very high mortgage and cannot afford a doggy allergist let alone trying to locate one in my area!!! i didnot even know they existed well they DO. is there someone out ther that has a dog with these same problems and if so can you plzzzzzz help me with mine without spending hundreds of dollars i mean he is so worth it hes my second baby but i donty have it to spend it thanks…

I will be well impressed if someone can actually tell me the name of a bank/finance comany (not a broker) who I can get a french leaseback mortgage with.

I want to invest in usa in the properties business and i want to know how to go about. and as french citizen would it be possible to have mortgage with a 30 % down payment and how to find good properties deal below markprice.
